2008 Dine Alberta Participating Restaurants Dine Alberta 2008 has changed. The focus is now on restaurants that serve local ingredients on their menus "all year round" or seasonally during the growing season of June to September. There will no longer be a month long celebration in September. This directory introduces you to restaurants participating in Dine Alberta Savour Regional Flavour, all year round or on a seasonal basis. During this regional cuisine event, chefs are working with farmers and ranchers to bring to the table the good food we grow right here at home. Use the Dine Alberta Restaurant Directory to decide where to eat seasonally or all year round. Good eating? Savour regional flavour at these restaurants, from north to south, in major cities and country towns, and in the mountain parks. Use the links on the left hand column to find a particular region of the province and also restaurants that serve local ingredients all year round and seasonally.
