The 2009 weed survey in major irrigated crops in Alberta was a product of the hard work, support, and
encouragement of many people. The project was a collaborative endeavour of Alberta Agriculture and Rural
Development (AARD) and Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC). More than 20 people from these two
organizations contributed to the project.
We want to thank the following people with Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada in Saskatoon for facilitating the
expeditious summary of the survey results: Tyler Kuzma, Kara Deshaies and Stephanie Kelsey (data entry).
